This is an amazing product that will probably take many years to fully utilize. I can already see the possible positive uses for this device, and hopefully a vast amount of specific audio programs. The relaxation and meditative states are effortless. But it teaches you. It helps you remember what aspects of the mind, and what intentional effort it takes to put you into these states. It is effortless. But it is YOU that "let's go" and puts you into these states, with this device and audio programs as an aid.
I cannot emphasize how relaxed you can become, both mentally and physically, in as little as a couple of minutes. It has the great power with you in control, of putting you into that sweet, "in-between' state, of being awake and asleep. Truly meditating within the subconscious, that normally only comes with great practice of meditative practices like progressive relaxation.
There is huge potential here. And with some of these newer audio programs. It is indeed on very powerful, and almost limitless in its possible applications.
